Dinner tonight will be...Honey Mustard Porkchops

With a little help from Joelen's Culinary Adventures: http://joelens.blogspot.com/2008/01/sweet-as-honey.html, I made Honey Mustard Porkchops.

Honey Mustard Porkchops

-4 bone in pork chops
-pinch of salt and pepper
-1/3 cup honey
-1/3 cup mustard
-1/3 cup maple syrup

Wisk together honey, mustard and syrup. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Marinade in honey mustard sauce for 3 or more hours. Bake on cookie sheet in oven at 350 for 15 minutes or until tender. I cooked them on the George Foreman Grill for about 8 minutes. If desired, add extra honey mustard sauce to each portion before serving.
Review: Delicious! They were really tender and the flavor was perfect.. not too strong, but just enough! I will definately make these again.

So I've decided...

After reading other blogs for a while now, I've decided to make one of my own. Check back with me for recipes, diy, and a little bit about my everyday life.
